In June 2020, YOSA will embark on our 13th concert tour. The YOSA Philharmonic will travel to Philadelphia, New York, and Boston, including a performance at Carnegie Hall.

Musicians will be in Quintuple Occupancy rooms and Companions will be in Double Occupancy rooms.

Tour escorted by two professional Tour Guides for 11 days.

Admission to all shows, museums, and attractions.

Travel Insurance
Medical insurance is included in the tour price and is for primary coverage for an accident ($5,000), illness ($1,000), and dental injury ($500).

Musicians:
* Total Deposit $398 by September 3, 2019
* Nine monthly payments of $398 from September to May

Companions (Parents, Family, and Friends):
* Total Deposit $500 by September 3, 2019
* Nine monthly payments of $499 from September to May

Special Carnegie Hall Audience Opportunity
YOSA is pleased to offer a special opportunity for family and friends to join the tour for the Carnegie Hall only portion. This offer will give entrance to the rehearsal, concert, and celebratory dinner cruise on June 22, 2020. Please note this opportunity does not include any travel or hotel accommodations.

Refunds
If a musician’s participation in the YOSA Philharmonic 2020 Carnegie Hall Tour is canceled, a Refund Request Form must be completed to receive a refund. Once YOSA has been notified of cancellation, a Refund Request Form will be sent via email. If a musician is dismissed from YOSA for a violation of YOSA’s conduct and expectation policies as outlined in the Musician’s Handbook, all money received is non-refundable. Eligible refunds will be determined based on the following timeline:
* Before September 30, 2019: 100% of monthly payments, minus regular tuition expenses and deposits
* October 1 to October 31, 2019: 75% of monthly payments, minus regular tuition expenses and deposits
* November 1, 2019 to January 31, 2020: 50% of monthly payments, minus regular tuition expenses and deposits
* February 1 to April 30, 2020: 25% of monthly payments, minus regular tuition expenses and deposits*

*All deposits are non-refundable.
