Celebrate YOSA’s 50th Anniversary with a spectacular concert featuring acclaimed alumna Christine Lamprea as soloist in Kabalevsky’s Cello Concerto No. 1, an expanded orchestra of current musicians and alumni performing Khachaturian’s Masquerade Suite, selections from Holst’s The Planets, and a special appearance by YOSA Intermezzo Strings.
Celebrate the YOSA Philharmonic’s 50th Anniversary Season (2026/27) with a dynamic lineup of performances, featuring alumni appearances, powerful world premieres, holiday favorites, and choral collaborations, alongside a nostalgic trip back to 1977 and a landmark anniversary finale. This season brings together five Classics and Pops concerts, showcasing the artistry of San Antonio’s next generation of musicians in one extraordinary milestone season.
