Amy House is an impact-driven, people-first development professional.  She joined YOSA in February of 2026 with over 35 years of experience leading and growing development departments for not-for-profits in the areas of arts & culture, human services, and health initiatives.  Amy is excited to mix her love of the arts and her desire to help YOSA grow its impact for the youth of San Antonio.  Amy has a Master’s in Education/ Counseling and understands that YOSA’s mission is more than just music; it is youth development, leadership development, and legacy building for future generations.  Amy was trained as a classical pianist (Although she prefers to play Jazz and Ragtime!)  In her free time, Amy is a DIYer, avid reader of history, and is known to take random road trip adventures.
