YOSA Welcomes C. Jill Oettinger to Board of Directors

YOSA is pleased to announce C. Jill Oettinger, Chief Executive Officer of Good Samaritan Community Services (GSCS), recently joined YOSA's Board of Directors. Ms. Oettinger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University in California and worked as a registered emergency room nurse in various hospital settings and in the community conducting outreach to at-risk populations. Her interest in working at the community level brought her to Good Samaritan Center as a board member in 1986. In 1996, she assumed the leadership of the agency and has continued to provide quality direction to the agency.
