YOSA Bass Player Receives Full Ride to Interlochen Summer Arts Camp

YOSA Philharmonic bassist, Marcus Tedesco, received a full tuition Emerson Scholarship to attend the Interlochen Arts Camp this summer in Inerlochen, Michigan. Marcus was one of only 50 musicians (from a pool of 2,500) awarded with this honor. He will participate in the summer festival from June 26 through August 9.

Marcus was also awarded a scholarship to attend Indiana University - Jacobs School of Music beginning fall 2010 and study with renowned bass professor, Bruce Bransby. Congratulations to Marcus on his recent accomplishments.
