Rosario Neaves is a public relations / communications professional with ten years of agency, corporate and government experience. Rosario has managed strategic planning, media and community relations support and event coordination for locally based organizations such as Tesoro Corporation, Brooks City-Base, Cordillera Ranch, Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. and Guadalupe Valley Telecommunications Cooperative, Inc. Rosario's additional experience includes supporting a number of strategic communications programs for healthcare clients in the Boston office at Fleishman-Hillard, a leading global communications consultancy. She also played a key role in assisting with crisis communications and litigation-support.

Rosario's areas of expertise include Employee Communications, Media Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility, Health care, Customer Service, Wellness, and Not-for-Profits. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Boston University's College of Communication in 2001. Rosario is a past member and Club Publicity Chairman of the Alamo Heights Rotary Club.
