Nancy Halvorson

Nancy Halvorson is a native Texan, raised in Fort Worth. She attended Texas Christian University, where she obtained her BBA with a major in Accounting. For 20 years Nancy worked in corporate finance and accounting, specializing in financial systems processes and streamlining. She still maintains her CPA license.

In 2001, Nancy relocated to San Antonio with her husband Paul and daughter Rachel.
Nancy has been working as a Realtor in residential sales, leasing, and property management since 2004. After 7 years of consistently being a top-producing agent at Keller Williams Legacy, she is now the managing broker of iHeart Realty.

On a personal level, Nancy and her husband Paul love movies, reading, travel, and music. Nancy finds time for volunteerism with a number of organizations which are near and dear to her heart. She is active at Macarthur Park Lutheran Church and serves in fellowship and outreach. Nancy contributes time serving on the board and Finance Committee of the 100 Club of San Antonio and as treasurer of the Alamo Heights Pool Sharks. She also serves on the board of her neighborhood homeowner's association in the capacity of Treasurer and helps execute the annual Fourth of July Parade.
