Benjamin Cadwallader joins YOSA from the East Coast Chamber Orchestra (ECCO), a professional conductor-less string chamber orchestra based in New York City where he served as Executive Director. In the past he has developed and produced concerts in New York's Carnegie Hall for Manhattan Concert Productions, and served as Production Coordinator for the New York String Orchestra Seminar (NYSOS).

Originally from Vermont, Benjamin is a proud alumnus of the Vermont Youth Orchestra and the Mannes College of Music, earning a bachelor's degree in performance.
